Davido’s loyal fans took to the streets carrying signs to protest his lengthy absence from social media.

Following the untimely death of his son Ifeanyi the previous year, the musician had maintained an internet mute.

He had promised his followers that he would be more active in March and might perhaps release additional hit songs for them.

A gathering was held to remind him to honor his word by fans who had grown weary of waiting and decided to take matters into their own hands.

Some were seen holding placards whose inscription read: “DavidoThe Real Goat”; and another, “Baddest Its March Already. Come Back Online”
